The workshop was on the Project Management MS project, which lasted for three days for 10 participants. The participants already took a basic project management workshop, this marked theri second workshop that the learnings were more in detail to manage their projects in all aspects required. Like; cost, time and scope management, leadership, phases of project management, risk management, etc.
