Shirwan Can is the sole founder of Paia Agency and is based in Sulaimani. Paia has a powerful and permanent team together striving to achieve extraordinary results. Paia is keen on recruiting interdisciplinary experts based on the nature and the needs of every project.
Shirwan Can is a lecturer at the School of Arts - University of Sulaimani. Shirwan has Masters of Arts from the Institute of Arts in Context – Udk Berlin. Beside, he has also graduate from Städel school in Frankfurt. He has been activily working on artistic and cultural concept development, artisitic and cultural consulation, and cultural projects management.
